As in the edits, bios and storyline? Yes I did come up with everything. I had help from my beta readers, but a majority of the stuff came from my mind.

The idea comes from a dream I had during the summer, in which every single of member of super junior were a part of a circus that killed people. I was one of the visitors/rubes who had heard of the circus coming to town, so my group of closest friends went and visited the circus. All of us were killed, save my friend India who escaped before she died.

It was inspired by Cirque du Freak (both the book series and movie), Sunny Hill’s Midnight Circus and Water for Elephants (both the book and movie)

BIRTH NAME: Kang Sora
ALIAS: the Mantis - she was so named because like the Mantis, she kills her partner after copulation.

BEFORE THE FALL: Before the accident, Kang Sora worked mostly with the acting troupe, sometimes she assisted Hangeng with his acts, and Leeteuk with mundane tasks. AFTER THE FALL: She works primarily with the Adult show as Freyja’s apprentice, and enjoys every second of it. During the adult show, she wraps her legs around her partner and crushes his/her chest with her thighs.
BRIEF BIO: Daughter of a former model/actress, Kang Sora’s dream of being a famous actress came true when she joined the Midnight Circus’ acting troupe.

ALIAS: The Lady of the Adult show

PERSONALITY TRAITS: Freyja is a coquette and devious woman underneath her more innocent appearance, and extremely manipulative - traits she shares with Kang Sora. Heechul likes to blame Freyja for corrupting their ‘innocent princess.’

BRIEF BIO: she was the daughter of a Norwegian mother and Swedish father, and named after the Norse goddess Freyja. She is one of the only member of the Circus whose parents did not disown her when her special abilities manifested, however, they did not allow her to enter the public schooling system - instead, they decided to send her to boarding school.

After graduating, she married a Greek billionaire, and their marriage was good, until tragedy struck two years into their marriage. After an accident, in which her husband was killed, Freyja was left with millions and an inquiry into the cause of the car accident - many of her detractors believed she set the accident up to acquire his millions, but further evidence proved that she had no hand in the death.

Two months after his death, and the reading of his will, in which he named her the sole inheritor of his billions - much to the disappointment of his two former wives and his long time mistress - she traveled to Seoul, and came upon Leeteuk and Kangin, who were attempting to create a circus. She helped to create the Circus, and though, at first was offered a spot, she decided not to join - only to watch from afar.

She did join later as the Lady of the Adult Show, procuring and training potential adult show performers.
